At Saddleback Elite Performance Cycling, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer a 30-day return window for all unused gear in its original packaging. Whether you need a different size or a full refund, our streamlined process ensures you get back on the road as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unwashed, unworn items with all original tags attached into the shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
