Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we partner with local bike shops nationwide through our 'Ride-Ready' program. You can choose to have your bike shipped directly to a certified mechanic who will assemble and tune it for you for a small additional fee.
What is your return policy on cycling apparel and components?
We accept returns on unworn apparel with original tags and unused components within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on installed drivetrains or crashed helmets.
Are your carbon fiber frames covered by a warranty?
Absolutely. All Saddleback Elite frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner. We also offer a crash replacement program at a discounted rate.
